7/18/10-I am proud to report that I have lost 3# in one week by setting small goals. Each Sunday will bring a new and exciting week to achieve these goals. I will continue with the 5mile a week walking schedule but will change the walking route
. Both my husband and son have been encouraging and supportive which really is a blessing. For now I will take it one week at a time and walk off those pounds towards my long term goal.
