You look especially pretty in this video. I hope that you had a great time at the wedding. I agree. I just want to lose one pound. Kind of hit a plateau. Oh no, I just am hearing the other vblog you did on the same blog. Poor baby. It will be OK. You are here now and we all love you and want you to reach your goals and be happy. I totally understand about needing a break to regroup. We all know that I have my spells. How could any of us forget about YOU? You are an inspiration. You are beautiful and honest and sweet and determined. Don't lose hope kiddo. Set backs are just that set backs. You will prevail. I will look forward to the day that you come back. visit my Spark page or leave me spark mail when you return.
I am going to miss you. Call me if you want. I would love to hear your voice. I think that I lost your phone number

Enjoy your vacation/regrouping! It's so great to take the time to do that - everyone needs a little re-energizing/remotivating time.

I'm going camping in a couple of weeks out in the woods, and I'm kind of looking at it as my relaxing motivating vacation. I'm still going to be active and exercising, but I'll be away from the stresses of life and the struggles of everything, so I'm looking at it as a break to re-energize and come back swinging!

Wish you lots of luck and clarity!

Definitely take a vacation and regroup! We all need a break and deserve a break now and again! You do what you need; we will be right here when you get back, always willing and ready to help motivate and inspire you to keep moving forward.

It is nice to hear that you're not giving up! I never did figure you one to just stop and give up anyway, considering some of the uncomfortable zones you have put yourself into and pulled yourself through. So kudos, for staying strong!

You enjoy yourself and we'll see you when you get back!

    Smiles,

I go through periods of not tracking, either...in fact, I'm going through that right now! I sitll log on each day to correspond with other members, but just don't have the heart to track food OR exercise right now. I think it's wonderful that you're taking time out to visit with family and friends. BTW, you looked BEAUTIFUL on your way to the wedding! Hair, makeup, jewelry, outfit...all VERY flattering on you!

Hang in there, girl. Take some time to center yourself (just make sure it isn't too much time). We all go through this, and the winners are the ones who come out the other side ready to forgive and move on.

Take your R&R and regroup! It maybe just what you need....I know about depression, it's hard to say no when you feel horrible but you can overcome...lots of prayer and surround yourself with a support system and have a buddy you can talk to at anytime you feel tempted! I'm lucky I have my hubby to be my buddy but find somebody who will be there for you and won't let you give in! I'll be praying for you and hope to see you around when you come back! emoticon
