so i'm doing well, finally. just since getting back to diligent tracking and the 28 day boot camp videos, i've dropped about 6 lbs. i know it's mostly water but i feel soooo much better! my clothes fit better, i am not having upset stomachs or feeling lethargic. the little bit of regular cardio is doing wonders. i can't wait to see how things are going in another week!
