I tell you what, the minute I started counting my calories about a week ago, my scale numbers have been dropping! Keep true to your calorie range and I believe you will do fine.

  I am a long time Walk Away the Pounds exerciser. I have so many of the WATP videos that I can't count them on two hands. Congratulations on your accomplishment!! Leslie Sansone is very motivating! You are doing great!!

    I have that DVD also! I try to use it everyday b/c it is a great workout, but it is also safe for my pregnant belly! lol I would agree with Pumpernickel bread! I REALLY like it! YUM!! Congrats on doing the whole workout today, and I hope it gets easier and easier for you to do!! Good Luck!!! :-)
