That is NOT a good !!! It is an I weighed 124 last year at this point. Then I slipped a little.. then more. Played and fiddled here. Nothing serious. Gained a pound, lost, gained, lost... I knew I wasn't doing good, only exercising once in awhile.
So i dug out scale for my sweetie to use, he lost weight in Europe with all the walking and wants to keep it up. I stepped on it.
Would add more to this blog, but am off to exercise. Someone kick my butt if they see me slacking again.
Please. I realize it is true, it is harder to keep it off them to lose it the first time. Once I hit my goal, 125, I had nothing to shoot for. Better rethink that.

    somehow even with all my moving about i gained... no matter. am determined. I lost it once, just will lose it better this time so it won't find it's way back!

    you can lose it again, i know it.
    i do wonder though what you are going to use, once you get back down, to motivate you/use as a goal... definitely keep us posted. i am very interested to see what it is.

    one ya hit yer goal, you still have something to shoot for...just keeping your life healthy!! take on a specialized fitness activity, and set goals with that...say either running, cycling, martial arts...and keep yourself challenged!! hope this helps...
