142!!!!

Saturday, July 17, 2010

That is NOT a good !!! It is an I weighed 124 last year at this point. Then I slipped a little.. then more. Played and fiddled here. Nothing serious. Gained a pound, lost, gained, lost... I knew I wasn't doing good, only exercising once in awhile.
So i dug out scale for my sweetie to use, he lost weight in Europe with all the walking and wants to keep it up. I stepped on it.
142!!!!!!!!!
Would add more to this blog, but am off to exercise. Someone kick my butt if they see me slacking again.
Please. I realize it is true, it is harder to keep it off them to lose it the first time. Once I hit my goal, 125, I had nothing to shoot for. Better rethink that.

I am right there with you. I have gained about 10 pounds since this time last year - and now I need to take this seriously and get back on track before it adds up even more! Let's do this!!

emoticon Yes, you can get back to goal, just go back to using the resources that got you to goal in the first place. emoticon
