That is NOT a good !!! It is an I weighed 124 last year at this point. Then I slipped a little.. then more. Played and fiddled here. Nothing serious. Gained a pound, lost, gained, lost... I knew I wasn't doing good, only exercising once in awhile.
So i dug out scale for my sweetie to use, he lost weight in Europe with all the walking and wants to keep it up. I stepped on it.
Would add more to this blog, but am off to exercise. Someone kick my butt if they see me slacking again.
Please. I realize it is true, it is harder to keep it off them to lose it the first time. Once I hit my goal, 125, I had nothing to shoot for. Better rethink that.
