CrossFit WOD
10 rounds for time: 22:19
10 push ups
10 tricep dips
10 sit ups
10 squats

This video is my 2nd round... I thought of doing another video of my last round, but didn't have enough space on my camera... it really wasn't quite as pretty as this one ;)

I did 5 pull ups before this whole workout, which are my other video I just posted... and then did a bonus 20min. HIIT on the elliptical after this of 3:1.

Great workout today... and to think I was contemplating sleeping... sure glad I didn't, but I also knew that I wouldn't get away with it anyway... right Sumi? lol

    emoticon I admire anyone who can do 10 'manly' pushups! The most I can do is 6 but I can do 'girlie' pushups like nobody's business!

    Thanks all! I always love the "after feeling" of a workout!! Sumi... funny you said that because when I showed Bryan, that was the first thing he said too! lol So... that is my new focus! I knew they looked a little off when I saw them but didn't know why.

    I love doing the videos, not really for anyone else, but for me to be able to improve! Thanks for the tips!

    Wow your doing Great Rachelle! I'm loving the Videos, you are setting a new standard for the Warriors.

    p.s only one little thing to watch out.. don't tuck your chin when your doing push-ups it will put to much strain on your neck. Keep your neck parallel to your back.
