July 2010 Pull Ups

I should have taken a video when I first started because I had to start up on a step stool at the very top... I'm getting better! WOOHOO!! I still have a ways to go, but I can tell I'm getting closer!

so now... I have a stool that I start on and I give myself a little push, which you can tell, but I am actually able to pull myself up a bit, then let myself down slowly!

    Great Job Rachelle! Tip for Pull-ups do lots of sets. But you already know that because :) that's what we already do on our workouts hehe. Also once you reach muscle failure like that, use the chair assist method and do a negative. And do as many reps as you can till failure.
