A few weeks ago, I joined another gym. Yes, I have two gym memberships, for the next seven months. But the new gym I joined is fantastic.
One of the benefits of the gym is that they do a 90 minute Polar body exam which provides you with your body age.
Boy was I impressed and the trainer who provided the exam.
My blood pressure was 99/65 - which is extremely low.
My heart rate for my age was in the excellent range
The VO3 - oxygen for cardio was in the excellent range
Nutrition - excellent range
Strength - good
body fat- 18% - 3-point
My body age is 42. I could not believe it. The only suggestions where to increase my strength and flexibility to excellent and my body age would be 40. I plan on taking some pilates and yoga classes for the flexibility and of course I am working on increasing my weight lifting.
Three years ago, I would have never had this type of result. I am so glad, I changed my life style. Not only do I look fantastic and can "visually" pass for 40 something, but body can actually co-sign what ever I am trying to accomplish
