hm, i know i missed like a whole week of blogging...horrible!!! but i have managed to stay on track...the scale has been frustrating me because it's the beginning of my weight loss...and i didn't lose any weight this week...i'm not sure what's going on...i think everyone can feel my pain...it sucks...but instead of jumping off the dedication weight loss wagon...i stayed on...i've decided to reduce my calorie intake for my own personal satisfaction...i did feel like 1900 calories was a lot...so i am going to try and stay under 1500 calories...i'm really aiming for 1400! we'll see!!! i'll keep you guys updated! muah!
