You see m full of positive energy!!! It's so great to see, and really makes me smile. I am so glad to send you that dvd, I cannot wait to hear how you like it.

I bet those exercises are going to be just what you need! What do you think?
My friend came..... UGH I am in for a few blah days, so stick with me.. I don't feel like doing much of anything today, but I am gonna head downstairs in a few to walk it out.. haha I hope you can get that scale soon... I know how much of an incentive it can be getting on and seeing even a pound of a difference! How was your stir fry??

I'm really happy you are doing well with Physical Therapy! Make sure you stick with your exercises that they give you! I went from being on vicodin just about every day in October and with the help of physical therapy, by the time february rolled around, I was taking it maybe once or twice every other week. And now, I'm pretty much pain free. I had a hard time walking 1/4 mile to class because it would hurt my back, and I couldn't sit down for much longer than 30 - 45 minutes in class, and now I've started c25k and have no problem walking to class. And my last physical therapy appointment is tomorrow! It's exciting! Don't worry about the amount of exercises that they give you! It becomes routine I promise! Good Luck!
