Not as positive as yesterday, but still decent.

    I have one of Jillian's DVD's and I remember thinking to myself---"She's the DEVIL!" I did it once and haven't done it since...the jumping was also what did me in. I should have kept at it, but I just pulled a couple other DVDs from my embarrassingly large stack and have been doing those. I think it's great that you want to push yourself through and try to do more every day! Think of how great you'll feel when you get through it!

BTW---Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog a few days ago. It looks like you and I are starting out & are going to end up at about the same weight. :)

    That is why I love my yoga booty ballet....NO JUMPING...but still sweating and cardio. Oh, wait, I don't LOVE IT..but it's doable. It is swelteringly hot here also and I wonder if I will go finish my interrupted w/o or sit here and feel my tooth!

THAT is great about your diet blog!! I think I know exactly what you are saying about STATING publicly your goals and weight. I'm not sure if I'll post my measurements or not, I'm pretty sure I MUST be fooling SOMEBODY with all the black clothing! (haha..yeah, fooling MYSELF!?)

Kudo's on catching yourself with the skinny people judgement too! I tend to do the same thing, "Ohhh..she has 15lbs to lose, I wish I ONLY had that much to lose!" I'll mentally smack myself on that too.

    Don't beat yourself up too much, the Jillian Michaels videos are tough! I like the idea to add a bit more each day--maybe try to add one circuit each day or something.

Just keep at it and you'll be a rockstar before you know it!

    You were so bummed in this vlog, it was so visible. I know it was mainly because you stopped her video... don't let that bug you... Her stuff is incredibly hard! Believe me, I know! You did 20 minutes of it more than most people do..

Everyday is a new day, and you will do fine! Build up your stamina and try and do more.. I never thought I would jog, and I do now... I could barely do jumping jacks and I can do lots now...

As far as judging people who have less weight to lose, I have done it too.. not meaning to. It's hard when you look at someone who is starting out at your goal weight... lol But everyones desires and needs are different... we are each individuals.. Thanks for being so honest and real in your vlogs..

Better in no time, Ms. Dana.. I am proud of you!

    I stopped after 20 min the first time I did that video too. I hate jumping jacks. And I thought that it was only going to be a 20 min workout so I was frustrated and it WAS hard. the second time I did it I quit after 5 min and that was the last time that i did it and I am going back to the videos on Yoga or dancing. Nice Vblog
How funny, I was thinking how skinny you lood and that you must be at your goal. I am going to check out your spark page
