Yesterday I was so happy swimming. Today I feel like crap. I've been tired all day and I started out eating ok. I ate a banana, bagel with 1 teaspoon of peanut better and skim milk. Lunch I ate a chicken sandwich with a variety of veggies and an orange. Then, I don't know what happened!! I couldn't quit eating! Although my binge didn't last as long as it used to, I still binged. I ate: 1 bowl of cereal, 4 large pretzels, about 5 pieces of american cheese, bbq fritos, chips and sour cream and onion dip.
I was not going to write this. This is so hard to write. But I must if I want to change my habits and stay on track. Hopefully tomorrow I will do better and feel better.
Right now I'm very tired and very bloated. I look at myself in the mirror and I don't like who's looking back, the old me. I don't WANT her back!! (Oh, I didn't exercise today either :( , just couldn't get myself to do anything)
