I have a tendency to over think things.. to be all or nothing (perfectionist).. and if I just do a little bit every day.. I'm so much better off in the end.

I just need to stop being my own worst enemy!

Sometimes less is more!

    I hear ya on this one!!! It's so easy to get impatient and frustrated by slow progress... but moderation is always the key-- you'll be able to stick with your new habits and stay healthy for life! It takes 6 weeks of doing something CONSISTENTLY everyday before it becomes a habit-- be patient with yourself and know that your small steps add up to a whole journey! emoticon
