Honestly, stop making this so hard!
Try and remember Kindergarden rules - eat your veggies, have an apple instead of a donut, move around - walk. You are making this more difficult than it is.

Get a pen and paper and write down three bad habits that you know you can at least do better on, if not eliminate all together. Drink more water, eat less crap, take the stairs.

You are so worth it, you deserve to be happy and healthy!!!!!
