Hello Sparkfriends,

I am back on Sparkpeople I took a week break that turned into months. Work has been so hectic but I still need to make the effort and focus on my weight loss. So I plan on logging into the website atleast 3 times a week and exercising 1-2 times a week until I can fit more in.

    Welcome back -- I didn't see this post - as I was on vacay when you posted it. Hope things are going well for you and you are able to get in those excercise times!

  Welcome back. It hard but you do need to put your needs first sometimes. Glad your have a plan to post 3 times a week and exercise 1-2 times. Perhaps you could walk in place while you're at work, just to get some activity in, if your job doesn't entail movement. Good luck and I'll watch for your posts.
