My first class was yesterday, I kept up pretty well, which I can attribute to youtube.com , just type in Zumba Dance.
I worked up a nice sweat, did not remember to take water with me, but will not forget it the next time. I am a bit sore this morning, hamstrings, so I will lay off for today and go to class on Friday. Also, I slept like a baby last night!
Iam an aerobic walker and thought that I was doing well, by getting my heart rate up to 90% of my maximum, Zumba is a much, much better dance exercise than I had anticipated. I do have one question about Zumba, will it help tighten my abs?
