New goals

I'm trying really hard to get in shape this summer. I got engaged a couple of months ago so I want to be in better shape for my wedding next year. That being said, I'm not going crazy. But I think that if I can get in a good routine now while I have the time (I have summers off), it will be easier to continue through the year. I am trying to do something active with my fiance every day - we set a goal to do some cardio (biking, walking or rollerblading) each day this summer. I also started the 30 day shred with my sister this week. I am such a social athlete, I need to do this kind of stuff with others to keep me motivated. So far, so good.
