What is it with me and strength training?

I love to lift weights and I muscle up really fast.

I just DON'T DO IT.

I know I should. I love me with muscles. I love me with a higher metabolic rate. but I have my strength training set for M W F and I just, like, almost never do it.

I know it's a habit we have to get into, but I am really stuck here.
More thinking about it tomorrow...
After all, tomorrow is another day...

    Hey SparkSis, I think you might need to do what I do. Put on the TV or music and do your workout with this cos weights can be boring as Hell. That way, you don't even notice you're getting the workout done. You could have a regular programme you watch and tie in your workouts to that. The other thing I do is to change my days and goals every so often. It gets so boring if it's MWT all the time. Hope that helps a bit.
