What is it with me and strength training?

I love to lift weights and I muscle up really fast.
I just DON'T DO IT.
I know I should. I love me with muscles. I love me with a higher metabolic rate. but I have my strength training set for M W F and I just, like, almost never do it.
I know it's a habit we have to get into, but I am really stuck here.
More thinking about it tomorrow...
After all, tomorrow is another day...
