Day 5 - still going well. Tracked calories - went a little over. But burned quite a few extra calories doing Kathy Smith's step workout. Hadn't had that one out in a while - a great lower body workout. Did the floor work as well as it looked similar to the bootcamp one. I will be feeling this the next couple days!
Time for some more stretching, I think! :)
