I kind of make myself sick with all my positiveness and my obsession with Jillian Michaels!

I cannot WAIT to hear about your workout.... They are sooooo hard and intense.. lol She will kick your bum. I LOVE LOVE LOVE target too. I spend too much money there also. I love her show Losing It.. I want to find out the brownie recipe from the latest episode. People like your friend, really make you count your blessings, and appreciate healthy life... and waking up everyday blessed with the body God gave you.

Congrats on that weightloss already!!! sheesh girl

I'm loving the attitude you have in this. It's so easy to succumb to less-than-ideal circumstances, but life doesn't always work out the way you want it, so it's better to just go with the flow.

Hope the puppy feels better. Oh, and I like the sound of the food that you cooked; especially the fruit at the end!

Ahhhh I love BFBM! The 5 pounds in one week might be an exaggeration--I think that's for people with a ton of weight to lose. BUT, it is such a good strength workout, and you will be DRENCHED when you are done, hehehe. I am becoming increasingly obsessed with Jillian--especially losing it, because it's about so much more than losing weight, it's about getting your life together!

Sorry for the ridiculously long comment, I just feel the need to respond to everything.

    Hope the puppy is better.

The original affirmation (to repeat often and convince our subconscious) is by Emile Coue, a French philosopher, "Every day in every way I'm getting better and better."

Check out Toastmasters, if you like.
