    Dont feel bad, you did just right by listening to your body.....next time take it out on a punching bag not your dh......not only will you feel better but you will loose more calories.

    Good for you for making good choices and making the best of a hard day. There are a lot of things in life we can't control, but it's important to remember there are things we can control when everything else blows up. No matter how school/work/life can just drag us down we can still decide to choose that handful of veggies and fruits over a candy bar. We can choose to go for our workout. I find it keeps a sense of normalcy to everything. Keep up the great work! You are doing so well! emoticon emoticon

    so sorry you have had a bad day, but YAY for you in your food choices and not comforting with food! That is super awesome! I would call that a GOOD day hon! Don't beat yourself up for not being able to work out. You don't want to push yourself too far and cause more problems and pain. It will be ok!
