After watching "Losing It" with Jillian Michaels today, I was surfing the web about her and stumbled across a recipe for her "Detox Water."
1 gallon of spring, mineral or distilled water
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar free cranberry juice
2 dandelion root tea bags
It's advised to drink at least 64 ounces of this per day.
I want to detoxify my body. I know drinking water and eating healthy is doing wonders to my body but I still feel the need to flush out. I would never do anything that would replace food but I am interested in trying this in addition to my regular water with lemon.
It surely can't hurt anything, can it?
