Things came back negative so time to focus on ME (well as much as you can with a 7.5 month old!) I can't find some of my workout video's... a little frazzled by it. All of my YOGA's are in there and until I find it I am limited to just YOGA on the Wii fit (and that's in our "man cave" that we share with our Renter - it's a second livingroom that the boys use the most).
So here is my plan... .5 hours of cardio for 5 days a week and YOGA at night to help relax and sleep better. Drink 48 ounces of water and write down what I eat (to get in the habit of food journaling, not paying attention to any of the numbers!)
My challenges are my family (7.5 mo old daughter who doesn't sleep well...) and my body (have a torn ACL that was never repaired). I took my weight but not my measurements.... I do have my measurements saved from a week or so ago (the 4th or the 5th...) and know my weight fluxation has a lot to do with my sodium intake. My final challenge is that we ARE trying to get pregnant again - that's the only thing I want to interrupt this process!
I have been totally encouraged by the show "Losing It With Jillian" - they did it in 6 weeks so what can *I* do in 6 weeks?!!!!!
Just got done texting with a friend.... before I got prego in 09 I was beginning to lose weight to train for a 5k at Christmas time (this was early spring and wanting to lose weight and train to run at Christmas). We are going to begin losig weight and then start training so we can run it this year (I have to plan everything as if I am not getting pregnant, otherwise I will hold myself back and not complete everything, and getting prego is an acceptable reason to put working out/losing weight on hold!)
So - let this game begin! Gonna rock this!
