i have been on this journey since april 06. i have made some strides and lost some and felt more fit. i have not come close to meeting my goal.
oddly enough i feel stronger about moving forward. i have never given up. i have taken a break. i have slowed down but never given up.
as i said when i first started this program. this is the first time in years that i have been this motivated and i continue to feel the power of my desire to be fit.
my point. sometimes we have to fake it until we make it. eat the mountain one bite at a time and etc.
i know i will reach my goal.
