I'm within calories and actually did a 30 min workout and didn't die! lol

    I have done the same thing. Another team's challenge was to march for 25 minutes. I thought..."no way, boring", but I improvised, put on some disco/funk thing you know I was marching, grooving, swinging my arms, moving all over
(I'm sure I looked like I was seizing! LOL!), and I kept going, way over 25 minutes! I really enjoyed, that day's workout!
Don't you love the after exercise "high"??
