okay,

when my body gets near a "0" then i start binging!

well, here we are! back down to almost 150! woo hoo! but i am scared! i am waiting for whatever i am going to do to sabotage myself!! i can see it coming! right around the corner!!!

aaaahhhhh!!!!

while i don't think i will be at 150 next week, this is definitely the time to really psych myself!

I CAN DO THIS! I WILL NOT FAIL THIS TIME! AND WHEN I FALL, I WILL NOT STAY DOWN!! I WILL GET BACK UP!

    Celebrate a healthy body. When we give energy to that shoe dropping it does. Time to celebrate & know you have the tools to be healthy.

    When my body gets near the "0" (a different higher one than yours) I also start really struggling. Not sure what it is. But the previous commentor has some great ideas for sure.

    Just remember, making mistakes is only tragic if you allow them to get the better of you! I'm sure that you have worked very hard to get where you are, maybe it's time for a reward in order for you to get the binge response out of your system! I know when I binge it's usually me trying to tell myself that I need to take some me time or give myself a gift!

Some of my favorite rewards:

New bath and body stuff (like a new lotion or something)
A new outfit
Taking the time to watch a movie in the theater (something I rarely do)
Making a romantic dinner for myself and my partner (another thing that sometimes gets forgotten in the rush of life!)
A new piece of exercise equipment (I just got dumbbells!)
My hobby is computers, so I might get something for my computer


I know people who give themselves a reward of a new scented candle to burn or a book to read. I like rewards that are not cake and candy because a new soap or a evening pampering yourself can be constructive but food indulgences are (for me) often not!
