I was on vacation last week and during my vacation I did my week 4 for couch to 5k. But I don't feel ready for week 5. As I was running during my vacation I found that I was so distracted by the scenery. I did my runs by a river. It was so pretty that I do not feel that I did very well. If I seen a pretty flower I would stop or slow down significantly. So this week I am going to do week 4 again, now that I am home and don't have the scenery distraction. The best part of this is that I am OK with it and do not feel that I let myself down. Which is a big step for me.
