Its summer time again the bbq is on and the meat is sizzling. yummm
Ok so this doesn't fit too well with my grand plans to leave the 160's (I've been here for 6 months now so its definately time to bust my way under the barrier. I've been setting weight goals and failing to meet them setting calorie goals and blowing them, setting exercise goals and not exercising (ok so now its obviously why the scale is stuck) .
Hopefully my new goal will bring a bit of extra motivation - 1000 spark points by the end of July. That way if i forget to journal I can go back and do it later and still get the points, if its raining outside i can post to the forum for points there are so many ways to get points I feel this will put me back on the right track without me having to be too hard on myself while the sun is shining.
