modified toes to bar for CF #4 Day 1

Just for you Sumi... here is a short video of me doing about 10 of the toes to bar, modified of course, with the help of ideas from Bekah. The longer descrption is in my written blog... I really liked these and am going to add them in regularly!

    Well i think its best to keep your legs as straight as possible. Sometimes, its just to hard so you might have your legs slightly bent which is okay too. Here is the video with the twist I'm talking about put its on a pull-up bar.

    thanks! I had to really focus on straight legs (while being careful), and slow. I would love to see the video, if not too much of a problem. Would you have your legs bent then? or straight and just take my legs back and forth?

    You should also try the same movement but do a Twist. Which will target the Obliques. I saw it on the Athlene X workouts. If you want to see what I'm talking about, let me know. I'll go find the video.

    Awesome!!!! Rachell way to go buddy. Finally a Video Blog! I hope you make more and help start the trend that i was hoping the Warriors would start. I love how your isolating your core muscles and abs with the slow progression which is usually much harder than trying to do the reps quickly. I give this Video a 10 stars out of 10..
