Wii Workout

Just finished my nightly Wii workout. How did chicken wings and nachos help me lose weight?! Bob is my new workout buddy :)

  4 pounds!! eating wings & nachos? maybe I should be eating those... lol! :) I fluctuate too.. but, it is mostly 2 pounds I do.

congrats on not gaining weight eating those things. ;)

    I always weigh myself in the mornings right out of bed before I even hit the shower, butt naked. That way it's a true weight.

    I always weigh myself in the morning before breakfast. I have 2+ lb fluctuations between morning and night so I never weigh at night. Too many factors in play to make it a meaningful weigh-in.

    i also weigh in the mornings because i fluctuate about 3-4 pounds in the evenings...ooh i want some nachos lol

  Just maintain the same time of day on weigh-ins. You do fluctuate which is why you are suppose to go cloth and shoe shopping in the evening. Occasional wing and nacho night is ok.

    Thanks I don't do the Wii but I think its a great tool to use. Maybe I can pass it on to a lady who owns one in the building where I live at. My weight also fluctuates from 2 to 4 lbs during the day although sometimes at night I weight the same as during the early morning.

    Thanks for the video! I do my Wii every night at 7:00 pm religiously. I fluctuate too but it's usually no more than 3 pounds. Today will be my 108th consecutive day on the Wii. It certainly has changed my life. Keep up the good work!

    i fluctuate sometimes up to 8 pounds :( (most of the times its increase)
