Day 2 (and 3)

Ugh! It's been hard to get back into a better routine. I have a new work schedule, and it's kicking me.
My new resolutions: get up a little earlier and eat a healthy breakfast at home, instead of picking up whatever on the way
Get out and walk during lunch
Now, if the weather would only cooperate! I want to swim, but it's just too freakin' cold.
Weight is holding. I have to get food under control for that to change. Not eating unhealthy things. Just too many things.
