Weekends are usually my downfall. Seems fairly easy to stay on track with eating when I'm at work - I take my alotted snack for the day, and eat that, and I'm ok. But on the weekend - all those "not so nutritious" things are around and handy. So, I went into this past weekend determined to not derail the efforts of the days prior, where I had worked hard to track and keep within calorie range. And, for the most part, I did it! And I was able to get some decent exercise in as well. A good feeling. Have had such a hard time getting the scale to budge, even tho I have put in many hours working out. I did realize that I had messed up my weight ticker a while back, tho, so, when I put it back, it atleast shows the small amt of weight I have lost! ;)
Joined the 28-day bootcamp challenge over the weekend to give myself a little extra motivation to be consistent, which is the big goal this month. So far, so good.
