I've been a member of Sparkpeople since 2006 in name only. Towards the end of May I came back and I'm starting again.
Long term--I'd like to lose 100 pounds by this time next year and not be afraid I won't fit into a plane seat. Build my confidence that I can achieve my goals and get my self respect back.
Medium term--I want to fit back into my slacks again and get out of blue jeans! (about 20 pounds away). Walk the CVille Women's 4 Miler in September in less than 90 minutes.
Action steps: continue exercising 35 minutes or more 5-7 times per week, continue tracking my food, drinking my water, reading everything I can on Sparkpeople, giving encouragement to others, get back in the 4 miler training on Saturdays.
