I didn't move as often as I thought I would but I did move more than I have in months pasts. Turbo Jam 20 minute on Mon/Sat, Turbo Fire Tuesday & Sunday Walkies made up my week's physical activities. Make a concious effort to eat cleaner and cut down on crap, a couple bites of my hubby's ice cream instead of my own bowl and such. No noticeable changes for the week, scale or otherwise, but that's ok..it's one week among many and I'm confident next week will be better. On another note.. I am sure looking forward to fall it's way to easier to make excuses in this heat! But for today at least Turbo Jams 20 minute workout is done.
