This month is still new but at the beginning I was feeling great! Then a few days in feeling not so great....now I am slowly coming around 360 and feeling better. I have been putting in effort with my exercises...doing 5 days a week and trying to make the very most of my time each time I go to the gym.
The only thing I would like to do now is start re-adding in some of my gym time to doing some of the classes I used to do. Like Zumba...I miss getting my dance on! But I feel that this new routine of mine is working well and I want to give it a great try before I make major shifts.
Strength training 3x a week (full body) and my carido is done all 5 days but I have 2 dedicated days to much longer sessions..and that's cause I'm trying to bounce from treadmill to ellliptical to the stairmaster. I have found that the stairmaster really tires me out no matter when I decide to hop on it for 30mins approx.
