My New Way To A New You

I have started on July 5, 2010 a new pilot program called A New Way To A New You. It is genetics based healthy living program. I am waiting on my genetics results that will determine a meal plan and an exercise program that my genetic make up will respond to the best. It calls exercise for only 10 minutes per day. So far I have been able to keep up with that. 4 minutes of High Energy Aerobics Training, 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of core training, and 1 minute of stretching and breathing. I got a jump on the program by starting the exercises on June 26. I have lost 4 pounds since then.
