-I was actually conscious of my food choices!
-If I did want to eat something that was not as healthy, I didnt eat as much of it as I would have in the past (Ex: ate at Olive Garden & noticed how many calories the entrée I wanted was, instead of eating the whole thing, I put 1/2 in a to-go box as soon as I got it!)
-Drank only water
-Didnt do as great of a job of tracking
-Tried justifying in my mind eating a dessert @ Olive Garden because I only ate 1/2 of my meal ( but, it was soooo good!)
-No work outs
-Didnt meet my calorie intake
Even though I didnt stick to everything like I should have, I see the small change in my thinking and efforts to do better. I know there will be those days where I dont follow it exactly, but I'm willing to get up and try again the next time!
