Nearing the end of Phase I

I'm nearing the end of Phase 1 of P90X, but this is my first blog about it so far. I started my recovery week this morning with another round of YogaX. Why do I feel like the word 'recovery' is not fitting as I'm spent after this morning's workout. PHEW!

Overall, P90X has been a great experience for me so far. Down almost 6 lbs and I'm not done with the first phase, so I'm pleased. I haven't taken my measurements yet (waiting until the official end of Phase 1), but I did wear a pair of jeans on Saturday that I couldn't wear before!! They'd been hanging in my closet taunting me for months...but taunt no longer.

With Tony's help, I'm feeling stronger and more focused, which is something I haven't felt with taking care of my body in a long time. I'm looking forward to the next 60+ days and will continue to Bring It! and push play everyday.

Thanks to the other Bring It team members... you're quite inspirational as I read many of your posts daily.
