I did great last week, going to the gym everyday and eating so great!! I did lose quite a bit last week. This weekend however was not as well as I had planned. I am not sure why. My little birdy died. Maybe that had something to do with it. I will work on that this weekend. This week I am going to stick with what worked last week. Staying on track and logging all my numbers. I was so proud of myself last week, I went into the weight room for the first time. This week I am going to challenge myself by doing something new. Not sure yet what that is going to be. I hope everyone has a fabulous week and is working hard on all your goals.
