My daughter and I hiked Mt. Pigsah yesterday. 1.8 miles up and oh my goodness! It took me an hour and 20 minutes. The 1.8 miles coming down only took 35 minutes. Oh Joy! It is pretty darned steep, but I made it Marissa was cheering me on. Gotta love that girl. Come on mom, you can do it. It was an amazing hike. Part way up I came upon a doe and fawn. They stood there just watching me watch them, not four feet from me. It was so amazing! Then on the really steep part another doe came out onto the trail behind me. Marissa told me "mom turn around" It was right there. I was in total amazement.

I am going to try harder to track my food. I do so much better when I do and pay more attention to what I eat.

I have been working out at least six days a week. I feel so good about it.

I am tired. I went swimming today. No workout though. The heat is fabulous. Ok, well, time to shower and get ready for work tomorrow...

See ya.
