1. I met the goal I had set for my first day with the pedometer... Goal 15,000 steps, actual 16,370. That's 7.75 miles and 658.5 calories! Yay!
2. I was super productive even after a LONG day at work. I made dinner, did the dishes, picked up (mostly toys), did laundry... mind over matter!
3. One of my clients told me that it looked like I lost some more weight :)
