So this morning I knew I was hiking at some point, so I knew I couldn't have a big breakfast. So I just had an activia cherry and a fiberone 90 calorie (NO IMAGE).
But by the time we went hiking, I was starving, so I bought an Odwalla bar (hearty) and one for the guy I went with (totally just a friend).
Then I went for an epic hike - 1 hour 20 minutes (it wasn't really that epic) but it was fun and I got my workout in. I also tried to boulder a crazy rock that was in the forest, but since I haven't been rock climbing forever, I had no muscles to do it! I was disappointed. So I guess I have to do those pushups after all.
Then when I got home I was sooooo hungry. So I made myself a nice salad with a lot of yummy things - spin, avocado, carrots, tomatoes, cukes, and that yogurt dressing. I also had some chicken (I may have had some skin - but hey, it was delicious).
Then I wanted to try one of those down under yogurts - pretty yummy. 150 calories tho.
Probably within 15 minutes I was still hungry and I wanted dessert - so I had skimplus milk and some weird cookies, which were 150 calories (they are really thin)
Total for ALL dinner: 942
So then I got busy on my unit plan and my letter to my students and all the other assignments I am working on - but eventually I needed a break so i had whole wheat tortillas (1.5 servings or about 12 chips is 225 calories), salsa and some 100 calorie cheese.
But I don't want to eat anymore today because I am actually in my range! So I uploaded all this now! So totals for the day (and here's to hopin I go to bed soon!)
Update: didn't make it - had a small small (measured bowl of cereal)
about 150 calories (half a cup cereal/quarter cup milk)
Calories: 1789 (a bit over, but GOOD)
Fat: 71 (high)
Carb: 201 (good)
Protein: 92 (good)
