Made it 30 days!! -15lbs Yippie!

It has been 30 days of riding my ex. bike EVERYDAY! and logging my food and exercise and I lost 15 lbs! I am VERY happy! I did have a plateau but had to eat More calories to budge the scale! I am looking forward to my 2nd month being a great one! :) Yea!

    You can't expect an engine (your body) to perform well on empty. You were smart to increase your cals.
