I'm really aggravated because I didn't lose a pound this week. Too many M&M's, ice cream and eating out. And I didn't use the tracker. I know what the problem is and I let other people get in the way of what I know I have to do. I'm disgusted with myself. I feel like this sets me back some but it's just one week and I didn't gain anything so I guess that's the good news. So I have to get back on track this week and get back to eating right!
