I know what I need to do to lose this weight. I know what I need to do to eat healthier. I know how much better I feel when I walk and drink all my water.
SO, why am I not doing it? Why does it feel like torture to make the right choices concerning food and exercise?
I am making too many excuses and it is time to stop and do what I know is best for me.
Daily goals for now:
Walk (even if it is just to walk the dogs)
Drink my water
Get rid of the food in the house that is not good for me!
Hoping writing this down will help me get motivated!
