Well I finished up week 4 today. I missed a couple days running last week, so I kept into week 4 this week which is why I am a little behind. It went really good. Sometimes I wonder if I am running "fast" enough during the run times. But then I decided it doesn't really matter. At least I am running. Usually when I finish a podcast I have gone about 2.4 miles. So I guess I will try to pick up speed once I get to where I can just be running the whole time in general. Small and easy steps.
In other news, I have felt a little frustrated. I have been meeting with my trainer, doing fitness classes, and running and I GAINED weight this week. My starting weight was 163, then I went down to 161 and today when I weighed I was 165! What in the world. It has gotten me completely frustrated. But I am really trying not to let it discourage me so that I don't quit. I keep telling myself, I am getting healthier and to ignore the scale...but it is hard to do!
