Little temptations to deviate from a healthy lifestyle are everywhere.
I'm giving in to those temptations...in moderation, of course.
Moderation really is the key, isn't it?
I've done really well today -
with dinner. But I know that if I keep that pace with no treats, then I will quickly fall right off the wagon and lose sight of my goals. That's why you will notice soft serve ice cream with lunch and 3 small cookies after dinner on my food journal.
