I have just been hired for a new job with new company. I am very excited to be starting a new routine. The job will be shift work but I will be on the same shift for several weeks at a time. This will allow me to get into a different routine I will be working 2pm till 10:30 pm. everyone else in the house works from about 8am to about 4 or 5 pm. There are no children in the house that I have to take care of so this going to allow me to have time to do things I need to around the house and to have time for myself. My plan is to get up about 9am I will have enough time to work out in the morning and take a shower before I head out. I will not be making the meals for my husband my brother and my cousin all who live with us they will have to make their meals themselves. I will be making my meals in advanced & taking them to work. This routine will make over eating much more difficult because I will only take the proper amount with me when I work no seconds and it will be easier to avoid the temptations the guys have around at home in the evening. I am really hopping that this new routine will make this weight loss stuff much easier.
