Almost The Weekend!

Thursday, July 08, 2010

Pretty okay day today. We have been seeing lots of patients today, but I have a little break til 215pm. Eating is going really well. I feel on track and didn't even feel tempted today when the reps brought in Chik fila.

I will say that I was so exhausted last night, I fell asleep about 8pm on the couch. Today I feel fine though. I'm going to try and get the bathrooms done, the floors swept and vacuumed so when I come home tomorrow from work it will be nice and clean. Hopefully, that will put me in the mood for de-cluttering this weekend.

So, anyway, thanks for reading! It's a boring one today!

I am reading does this clutter make my butt loock fat? Peter Walsh.
I like it and since reading it I have taken care of several rooms.
I noticed my room is the least I have worked on. It must be a comfort thing. I am going to do it and it will be great.

Seeing the boxes ready for me to put something in them has made it happen. No excuses...

I think sometimes we just need to stop and go to bed early. I think that is great you listened to your body and gave it what it needed.

I hope you stay focused and motivated for the things you want to get done.

When your done walk away and do something to treat yourself and have fun.

I like to turn up the tunes when I am cleaning. Try it is great.

    Have a great week!
