Where do I start, these last few months have been like a rollercoaster journey with mostly lows than highs. So a fresh start is needed to get back into healthy regular eating and exercising. It's so easy to go back into the old way of life of binging and then starving and before you know it the weights starts to creep back on again.
My goals for July are to eat three healthy meals a day and try and cut down down on diet fizzy drinks. I will try and fit in some exercise in during the week, which will hopefully pick me up from feeling really low and lacking in energy!
I will take it one day at a time and not give up so easy if I have a bad day.
My first fresh start weigh in is on Saturday, this will be hard to see the gain but I must feel positive because I will loose what I have gained!!
